找到 “学校常用应用” 板块，点击 “心理健康” 进入服务页面（Locate the School Common Applications section, and click Mental Health to enter the service page.）
在心理健康教育大数据平台首页，点击 “咨询预约” 功能入口（On the homepage of the Mental Health Education Big Data Platform, click the functional entry for Counseling Appointment.）

选择所在学生社区，按照系统指导语如实填写相关信息，提交表单即可完成预约。（Select your student community, fill in the relevant information truthfully in accordance with the system instructions, and submit the form to complete the appointment）
