为增进学校与留学生校友以及校友之间的联系，学院面向历届校友开展信息登记工作。欢迎广大校友扫描下方二维码，填写校友信息登记表。本次校友信息收集仅用于建院20周年联络、校友服务管理与校友活动统计工作，所有信息将严格保密。
I.Alumni Information Registration
To strengthen connections between NCU and its international alumni, as well as connections among alumni, the college is conducting an information registration campaign for all IECers. Please scan the QR code below and complete the Alumni Information Registration Form. The collected data will be used only for anniversary communications, alumni service management, and event statistics, with all information strictly confidential.
二、学院发展史料与作品征集
（一）征集内容
1. 影像资料：学院历年重要活动影像，含课堂教学、中外交流活动、毕业合影、荣誉表彰等师生学习生活剪影；毕业证书、相关证件、媒体报道等。
2. 各类作品：师生、校友在院学习工作的难忘经历；来华求学感悟、个人成长故事；建院20周年祝福寄语等。
3. 视频作品：学院建院20周年祝福、在华生活片段等创意短片等作品，时长控制在1分钟以内。
4. 原创作品：紧扣学院建院20周年主题创作的书法、绘画、诗歌、散文、手作、文创设计等各类原创艺术作品。
（二）征集时间
即日起至2026年9月30日

II. Collection of College Historical Materials and Works on the College’s Development
1. What to Collect:
(1) Photographic and video materials: Video recordings and photos of the college's major events over the years, including snapshots of faculty and student life—classroom teaching, international exchange activities, graduation group photos, and award ceremonies—as well as era-specific visual materials such as graduation certificates, relevant identification documents, and media reports.
(2) Literary story works: Memorable experiences of faculty, students, and alumni during their study or work at the college; reflections on studying in China and personal growth stories; and congratulatory messages for the college’s 20th anniversary.
(3) Short Videos: Submissions should include 20th anniversary congratulatory videos, glimpses of daily life in China, and other creative clips, each limited to 1 minute in length.
(4) Original artistic works: Various original artworks—including calligraphy, paintings, poetry, prose, handicrafts, and cultural design pieces—created in alignment with the 20th anniversary theme of the college.
2. Submission period: From now until September 30, 2026
3. Submission method: Send emails to ict@ncu.edu.cn with the subject line uniformly formatted as “IEC 20th Anniversary + Your Name (in both Chinese and English).”
三、校友捐赠
本次捐赠立足学院建院20周年发展节点，重温办学历程，助力学院长远发展，尊重广大校友、师生及社会各界友人意愿，坚持自愿参与、量力而行、公开透明、专款专用的原则。
捐赠可以个人、班级、年级、校友团体或企事业单位名义参与，不限金额、不限形式，可接受资金捐赠与实物捐赠。
捐赠时请准确备注捐赠人姓名、联系方式及捐赠用途，以便我们与您联系。
本公告公示的捐赠渠道为学院建院20周年活动唯一官方捐赠渠道。除此之外，未设立任何私人捐赠途径，请各界人士提高警惕，谨防诈骗。
捐赠方式：
1. 线上捐赠
扫描官方专属捐赠二维码，进入南昌大学校友基金会捐赠平台，定向捐赠。
2. 实物捐赠
有意向进行实物捐赠的个人及单位，请提前与学院联络人对接沟通，协商捐赠事宜及手续办理。
Ⅲ. Celebration Donations
Centering on the 20th anniversary of the college’s founding, this donation initiative aims to support its long-term development.The donation initiative respects the wishes of alumni, faculty members, students, and friends from all sectors of society, adhering to the principles of voluntary participation, affordability, transparency, and dedicated use of funds. Donations may be made by individuals, classes, academic years, alumni groups, or enterprises/organizations, with no restrictions on amount or form; both monetary contributions and in-kind donations are accepted.
When donating, please clearly note the donor's name, contact information, and donation purpose so we can contact you.
The donation channel listed in this announcement is the only official channel for donations during the college's 20th anniversary celebration; no private donation methods are permitted. All individuals are advised to exercise caution and guard against scams.
Donation Method:
1. To donate online, scan the official donation QR code to access the Nanchang University Alumni Foundation's donation platform for targeted contributions.
2. Individuals or organizations intending to make in-kind donations are requested to contact the designated staff of IEC in advance to discuss donation details and required procedures.
